How to get your rewards:

1. Get PHP 300 electronic shopping GCs from Cordlife when you shop from every two (2) different Cordlife Privilege Card partner merchants starting March 2, 2020 onwards.
2. Email proofs of transaction to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with subject: CPC Receipts for (month): first name, middle name, last name
3. Receive your electronic shopping GCs through e-mail or SMS the following month.

Purchases:

1. Must not be from the same brand
2. Must be in a single-receipt transaction per brand
3. Must be done within the current month and year
4. Do not have minimum spend requirement
